Equipment features

In the semi-program full flow ozone disinfection method, it’s necessary to set the activated carbon adsorption filter tank to remove excess. At the same time, it can remove odor, color, iron, manganese and organic matter in the water. It can also reduce harmful byproducts such as chloroform, chloroacetic acid, etc. formed during water treatment, and further reduce pool water turbidity. It can manually control backwash according to inlet and outlet pressure difference and running time.

Requirements :

• It should adopt granular activated carbon and has the characteristic of good adsorption performance, high mechanical strength, good chemical stability and strong regeneration ability.
• The activated carbon particle size range of 0.9-1.6mm, specific surface area≥900 m²/g.
• The effective thickness of the adsorption layer is not less than the filtration rate of the ozone adsorption tank should be 30-35m/h.

ZOKO-HX series ozone reaction tank body is made of 316L stainless steel material with high anti-corrosion performance, anti-ozone and chloride ion double corrosion resistance, and its design pressure is 0.6Mpa. It adopts slit type water collecting filter rod to make the water distribution area larger and the water flow more uniform. The good physicochemical index of activated carbon makes the water quality after adsorption and filtration more stable. There is an automatic exhaust valve at the top to send the remaining ozone of the reaction to the residual ozone eliminator to reduce it to O₂ and then safely discharge into the outside atmosphere.The tank is equipped with a manhole for easy maintenance.
